Hi, I'm Amany.
I partner with individuals, couples, and groups to gently uncover what's in the way of the life you want — and build a clearer, more balanced path forward. Coaching with heart: warm, hopeful, always at your pace.
You've been holding a lot.
Carrying the mental load, the relationships, the questions about what comes next. It's a lot to hold, and to hold alone.
You don't need fixing — you need a space to hear yourself again. Somewhere calm, without judgment, where you don't have to perform. That's the space I hold.
A path toward balance.
Coaching found me in the middle of a full life. I was carrying a lot — work, family, the quiet questions we all carry about whether we're living the life we actually want. Somewhere in there, I went looking for a clearer way forward.
That search led me to train as a Certified Life Coach in Strategic Intervention, and later as a Certified Mars-Venus Coach for relationships. The work kept circling one word: balance. Not a perfect state to reach, but a steadier, more honest way to move through life.
Today I coach individuals, couples, and groups, often women, on finding that balance in everyday life. I speak on “Finding Balance as a Muslimah” and on marriage, identity, and burnout for communities and campuses. I'm based in the Chicago area, and I meet with people virtually, wherever they are.
A gentle rhythm, not a rigid program.
Most programs push a rigid system. I'd rather move with you. Here's the shape our work tends to take, flexible but never aimless.
Get honest about where you are and what you're longing for.
Gently surface what's in the way. Old beliefs, patterns, stories.
Design practical steps that fit your real life.
A more grounded way of living that lasts beyond our work.
Grounded in real training.
Real structure, so you're in considered hands. Here's the training underneath the work.
- Certified Life Coach, Strategic Intervention
- Certified Mars-Venus Coach (relationship coaching)

What this practice is.
Finding Balance Coaching is a calm, virtual practice serving individuals, couples, and groups. Most of the people I work with are women moving through a lot at once: work, relationships, faith, family, the question of what comes next.
The name points to what coaching is, for me. Balance isn't a destination you arrive at — it's closer to what we might call sakinah, a calm, grounded stillness you carry with you, built one honest step at a time.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me reading, with family, or learning something new. Always learning.
