Getting started

Life coaching is a partnership focused on where you are now and where you want to go. Together we clarify what matters, gently name what's in the way, and build practical steps toward the life you're reaching for. It's collaborative and forward-focused. What it isn't: therapy, counseling, or medical care. Coaching doesn't diagnose or treat. It's about clarity, momentum, and steady next steps.

Therapy is a clinical relationship for mental health, often healing from the past, with a licensed professional. Coaching is present- and future-oriented, focused on clarity, decisions, and growth. Both are valuable, and they often complement each other. If your needs point elsewhere, I'll let you know with care and help you consider next steps.

Coaching tends to fit when you feel stretched thin, quietly stuck, or at a crossroads, and you're ready to engage with what's next. You don't need to have it all figured out. If that sounds familiar, a free discovery call is the easiest way to find out.

You already hold your own answers. My part is to clear the noise and make room for them. We move through the Finding Balance Path: Clarify what you're longing for, Uncover what's in the way, Build steps that fit your real life, and over time find a steadier Balance. It's a gentle rhythm, not a rigid program.

Sessions & logistics

We start where you are. You bring what's on your mind, and together we look at what matters most right now. Sessions run about 50 to 60 minutes, and you set the agenda. There's nothing to perform. By the end, you'll have a clearer focus and a small, doable next step.

Sessions are virtual, on Zoom. You can join from anywhere that feels comfortable and private. A recording is available on request.

Yes. The scheduler adjusts to your time zone automatically, so you'll see times that work for you. We'll find something mutual.

Always. What you share stays between us. In group coaching, every member agrees to the same confidentiality before we begin.

Yes. You're welcome to use your first name or initials. Your discretion is respected, and you'll never be quoted or named anywhere without your written permission.

Couples & groups

Yes, all three. One-to-one work is the most personalized. For couples, we focus on communication and shared direction. For groups, you get guidance plus the encouragement of others walking a similar path.

Groups stay small on purpose, between 4 and 10 people. Small enough to be seen, large enough to feel like community. We meet over a set schedule of weeks, with teaching, discussion, and coaching woven together. Spots are shown once a cohort opens.

Payment & policies

You can reschedule or cancel with notice. The exact window, commonly 24 to 48 hours, will be confirmed before we begin, so we both have time to plan around our sessions.

Policy to be confirmed by Amany.

You'll find current pricing on the Work With Me page. Payment plans are available on longer packages, so the cost can spread in a way that fits your life.

I'd be glad to hear about it. The simplest path is the speaking section on the Work With Me page, or send a note through Contact and we'll talk through the details.

That's an honest and welcome outcome. If coaching isn't the right match, or your needs point toward something else, I'll say so with care and help you consider other options, including a licensed therapist if that fits better.

Still have questions?

A free 15-minute call is the easiest way to get them answered.

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-focused partnership. Amany is a coach, not a licensed therapist, and coaching is not a substitute for mental-health care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US).
